Black Bean Vinagrette

Carrot-Ginger Salad
1 pound carrots sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 T sesame oil
3/4 t ginger juice(minced ginger squeezed through cloth.)
Cole Slaw Dressing
2 yolks
6 T sugar
2 T mustard
4 T butter
1 cup vinegar
1 cup buttermilk
Yogurt-curry dressing
1 cup yogurt
2 T vin
1/2 T lime juice
2 t curry powder, toasted and cooled
2 T Mirin
1 T honey
Sesame dressing for noodles
1/2 cup Tahini
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T ginger, minced
1/2 t lemongrass, minced
5 T soy
2 T rice wine vin
1 t hot sauce
2 T honey
