Once disappointed with the fare from our fave falafel fixer in the city, we determined to make our own. Great idea. How does she say it? Easy peasy. All recipes recommend a food processor, but we know that means we can break out the meat grinder. All wet ingredients are fed through once. Then the dry ingredients are mixed in. Let this dough rest some time before forming into falafels. Let them rest before frying. Cucumber-yogurt dressing, salsa fresca, fresh lettuce from the garden to complete the meal. Good Stuff!

Formed, frying, and fried. Yum!
